Since 1997, Joseph has built his legal practice on saving his clients money while providing the best possible legal representation. Joseph takes the time to understand each client's unique estate planning goals and discuss strategies to achieve those objectives. Joseph, a second-generation estate planning attorney, has the experience and resources to protect your legacy.
Joseph's estate planning process starts with a one-hour consultation and planning meeting to discuss your particular needs. Next, Joseph works with you to design an affordable estate plan that protects you and your loved ones. After thoroughly reviewing your draft estate plan, a time is set up for you to sign your estate plan documents. Your final estate plan is organized in a handsome binder and scanned onto a thumb drive for your safe-keeping. The entire process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on your needs.
